It has been reported that more and more people in the UK are being diagnosed as suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder brought on by the changing seasons and that those living in the UK cannot obtain enough vitamin D during the winter months to maintain healthy levels. It is recommended that we can all benefit from taking vitamin D supplements between October to March.
