These few days between Christmas and New Year's Day are normally given to thinking of ways to lose that party-time weight. Even those that may not need to lose weight will probably be influenced by the many fitness and health articles that will soon take over our January magazines. Tips to help you lose weight, gain muscle, start the year right etc, etc. I have personally not looked back since the year I started drinking hot lemon water in the morning. It really makes a difference to daily food choices when you start the day well. At the moment I have not decided what my New Year's resolutions are but it is not likely to be diet related. I already caught the outdoor running and indoor (HIIT) spinning bug in 2014 but today was stopped next to my kitchen table and notice how already, the empty chocolate box is filled with fruit! Impressed with that!
